  Devcon Northwest was created by Jeb Koerner with the mission to provide value to clients at every step in the construction process.  With over 28 years of industry experience managing major commercial construction projects from inception to completion and a verifiable track record of the successful completion of over 1 GW of renewable energy and 4.5M SF of commercial  projects, including 2,500 market rate & affordable apartments, 130 hotel rooms, 500,000 SF of retail, 500,000 SF of office, and 150,000 SF of industrial space built on the West Coast.

Our services assist owners to develop accurate budgets, scopes and schedules as well as provide design input, value engineering, entitlements, permitting, financing assistance, procurement, construction management, commissioning, tenant coordination & improvements, project turnover and warranty follow up. Above all, we manage risk on the owner’s behalf. Risk comes in many forms in today’s construction environment whether it be rising costs, reduced qualified labor pools, increased safety concerns, jurisdictional oversight, logistics, public relations, material procurement, schedule challenges, engineering, site challenges, and many more.
